Meet Peter

Peter, founder of MyMo Mortgages, is a CeMAP-qualified mortgage and protection adviser with a strong background in finance, economics, business development, and project management.

 

He holds both a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics (major in Business Management) and a Master of Science in Business Development, specialising in finance, project management, corporate strategy, and leadership. Peter continues to advance his professional expertise through ongoing studies with the Corporate Finance Institute (CFI) and the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII), ensuring his knowledge remains current and his advice reflects the highest professional standards.

 

Peter began his career as a Portfolio Manager at a commercial bank, where he developed a broad understanding of risk management, credit scoring, business development, and portfolio analysis. His work involved close collaboration with solicitors on complex lending and property transactions, alongside back-office and operational oversight—a foundation that now underpins his precise, compliant, and client-focused approach to mortgage and protection advice.

 

Over the past decade, Peter has successfully built and managed diverse property portfolios across the UK and the EU, including residential, buy-to-let, commercial and multi-storey property finance and development projects. He has also worked with high-net-worth individuals (HNWI), developers, and private investors, gaining deep insight into complex financing structures, feasibility studies, cross-border lending, and wealth-building strategies that extend far beyond standard residential lending.

 

By his late thirties, Peter had established a sustainable portfolio of income-producing properties and mobile assets across multiple countries, achieving financial independence through passive income.
This milestone marked a major turning point — inspiring him to leave traditional employment and dedicate his career to helping others pursue financial freedom and long-term growth. Today, Peter applies his personal and professional experience to guide clients toward stability, flexibility, growth and independence, using structured mortgage, protection and financial planning as the foundation for lasting success.
